Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Elloughton is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in Elloughton, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide clinically supervised weight loss services, including consultations and prescription medicines, via our online platform.

We reserve the right to decline service to any individual where it is deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe to do so.
All prescriptions issued through our service are generated only after a clinical review of your submitted health information by a GPhC-registered pharmacist or qualified prescriber. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team.
You must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information to obtain a prescription is a serious matter and may result in immediate termination of your account and referral to relevant authorities.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use within the UK only and cannot be transferred or used by any third party.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
Prices displayed on our platform are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time, though this will not affect orders already confirmed.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion to reflect the cost of medication not dispensed. Consultation fees are non-refundable.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is available to UK addresses only.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays or public holidays. We cannot accept liability for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
All medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging in line with pharmaceutical guidelines.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval and dispatch for a full refund of the medication cost. Once an order has been approved and dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted for prescription medicines in accordance with UK pharmaceutical regulations.
For regulatory and safety reasons, we are unable to accept the return of dispensed prescription medications. If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
